spain visits!

well.. it was a busy weekend, but very enjoyable! my spain friends visited and we visited paris.. (louvre, champselysees, arc de triomphe, eiffel tower, notre dame, sacre coeur, lots of yummy food, and hillsong service). i had a great time with them- showing them "my" city and being the tour guide. and the weather was absolutely BEAUTIFUL.. it was sunny and probably no cooler than 70 the whole time. besides some interesting characters that we met on the metro, the guys in monmartre who wanted to draw our pictures and the waiter that liked to pick on jordie we had a great time and it was sad to say goodbye to them.. (at 4am on the champs-elysees-long story!)

also it was my pastor's last sunday here in paris (he and his wife are moving to australia as their base for a new ministry). so it was an emotional sunday, but with lots of yummy food. then in the afternoon a former language assistant from central called me to tell me she was in paris.. so we had coffee and crepes. now.. the week has started off well
