back on the mainland...

aloha all- well i have safely returned from hawaii- it was an amazing spring break with two of my friends from college- julie and jess. we went to visit julie's sister jennie and her husband ben who are both stationed in Hawaii. We watched a sunrise from a mountain, saw people filming LOST, went snorkeling, went shopping in Waikiki, went to the Pineapple plantation, went shopping at the outlets in Waiphu, went to a luau, saw Pearl Harbor, went to the swap meet (like a giant craft fair/outdoor market), went to the beach, out to dinner on the north shore, shopping, beach hopping, surfing, and lots of game playing... it was so much fun! but now back to reality of school-- yuck! the weather was pretty good, a little rainy, but warm. i loved being able to wear sandals, skirts, shorts, and swimsuits! the picture of us is at our luau- katy, julie, jess, and i are standing with our 2 "cousins". well.... i'll keep posting some of our other cool pics!
