newness once again...

today was a great day, even though i feel like i didn't get that much accomplished, I did get a lot done. well, first of all friday night was great, first we went to the christmas candlelight concert.. then we came to my room and made cookies.. the ones where you take ritz crackers and peanut butter and then dip them in almond bark... yum yum.. so we did that while listening to christmas music.. then we decided that we didn't want to eat them so we walked around several of the dorms to give away the cookies, but on the way to gaass (a dorm) we got sidetracked with playing on the pond...it was really neat and the ice was slippery, but it also started cracking because of the warm weather... so we got off really quickly (and today there were major chunks of ice missing) but then we walked around and found people to give cookies to and it was super fun.. but then today i did some homework this morning and that was productive, but then this afternoon i helped leanna move her stuff in to our "new" room-- leanna is my lovely new roomie for the next week and next semester-- i'm super excited to live with her cause i think it will be great. so we got almost all of her stuff moved up except for a few things cause she's going to sleep in her old room tonite and that will be the last night-- but i got to meet her family and fiance today so that was super cool!!!
and there was charity ball tonite (the formal here at central) and it was fun, except the music just randomly stopped-- so i left cause i need to do a little more editing on one of my essays before i go to bed-- yes i know i'm crazy, but i didn't get it done earlier and tomorrow is a busy day with the little kids christmas program that i'm helping with... so i have to be there bright and early....
only a couple more days and i'll be on break!
